Gregory Mone Visits Pine Hill Fifth Graders

On November 3, Pine Hill fifth graders enjoyed a presentation by author Gregory Mone. Gregory shared with our students how he began his early writing career and his collaboration efforts with others like Bill Nye the Science Guy and deGrasse Tyson. Our students shared some of their writing processes and found many connections with Gregory.

After the presentation, each class had the opportunity to work with Gregory in their classroom on some writing and editing exercises that are important in the writing process. To learn more about author Gregory Mone, please visit: gregorymone.com.

Save the Date: Pine Hill CSA Holiday Gift Drive

We’re thrilled to be launching Year 3 of our Holiday Gift Drive! Stay tuned for wish list items from our partner agencies - Project Just Because in Hopkinton, MA and the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF) office in Framingham, MA. We’ll send the wish lists the week before Thanksgiving and the collection deadline will be Friday, December 9, this year. Thank you so much for your help!
