Wednesday, March 8th is an Early Release Day! Support the Pine Hill CSA and bring the family out for an afternoon at Launch Framingham!

Participants must sign the Online Liability Waiver on the Launch Framingham website.

Restaurant Fundraiser

On Friday, March 10, Pine Hill CSA and Biryaniz n Breadz are teaming up for a restaurant fundraiser!

This local Natick Indian restaurant will donate 15% of its proceeds to the school’s enrichment programs.

They have a wide variety of dishes and mild options too!

This fundraiser is for dine-in and pick-up.

If you order online, enter “Pine Hill CSA” in the Special Instructions section for your last menu item.

If you call or dine-in, be sure to mention “Pine Hill” so funds count.

International Night at Pine Hill -
23 Countries Being Represented!

March 10, 2023, 5:30 - 7:30pm

We invite the entire Pine Hill community to join us for this FREE inaugural event, taking place during National Foreign Language Week. The event will be a special opportunity to share and learn about an array of international cultures.

Amazingly, 23 countries/regions will be represented:

Children’s Book Author Suzy Becker visits Fourth Graders

Suzy Becker, an author/illustrator and a New Yorker cartoonist, visited Pine Hill fourth graders on March 2.

Her presentation was inspiring, encouraging, full of interesting stories, and had many interactions with the students. Ms. Becker shared her experiences about how she wrote her books, especially her first book.

She also talked about what are the good components of a good book. She encouraged the students to keep trying on the things they love to do.

Finally, she shared some content from her book with the students.

DS POSITIVE and Challenge Success

The Emotional Life of Teenagers with Dr. Lisa Damour

Tuesday, March 21, 2023, 7-8:30pm
DS High School (Mudge Auditorium)

Dr. Lisa Damour will be discussing her new book, The Emotional Life of Teenagers, as well as other topics relevant to our community and children. This exciting opportunity is brought to us in conjunction with POSITIVE. 

The discussion will center around issues Dr. Damour sees with teens nationwide, as well as specific topics recommended by the DSMS Guidance department.

The CSA is excited to be bringing back the Book Fair in person (and online) this year.

We'll be partnering with Aesop's Fable to bring the Book Fair to life in the auditorium of Pine Hill and will have a wonderful selection of books for purchase.

• If you would like to donate a gift card or give money toward the raffle baskets, please send gift cards and/or checks (made out to Community School Association/CSA) to Penelope Donohue (4S).

With the Pine Hill Digital Directory, you can access the contact information of folks in our school community from wherever you are. The online directory costs $15 per household and directly supports curriculum enrichment programs, materials and equipment that improve student learning.

If the cost poses a hardship, please email Dr. Brown (brownb@doversherborn.org) and she will gladly cover the fee.

An email from DirectorySpot will be sent to the email address entered when purchasing with instructions on how to access the directory.
