What You Need To Know

The Dogs of Pine Hill Yearbook

Calling all Dogs! The Pine Hill Press is looking for students to submit photos for "The Dogs of Pine Hill Yearbook" in December’s edition. Email your photos to Mr. Randa randac@doversherborn.org include the dog’s name, student’s name, grade, and classroom.

Physical photos can be submitted in the mailbox in the lobby and can be returned after being scanned (please include student name and classroom on the back).

Deadline is December 15th.

DSMS presents Disney's Descendants

Dover-Sherborn Middle School will be bringing Disney's Descendants: The Musical to the Mudge Auditorium stage in December!

Thursday, December 9, 6:30pm
Friday, December 10, 7pm and Saturday,
December 11th, 1pm and 7pm.

Tickets are on sale now at www.ticketstage.com and will also be sold at the door if the shows are not sold out. (~Run Time: 1hr 45min)

How You Can Get Involved

A Few Spots Left! Winter Library Volunteers

This year we are looking for help for an hour or two each day, so volunteers will sign up for a block of time as opposed to a class. Please note we are asking parents to add their name to only *one time slot per month* in order to share the opportunity of volunteering with as many families as possible. Thank you for giving your time to help support the Pine Hill Library Program!

2nd Annual Holiday Gift Drive

This holiday season we are partnering again with Project Just Because in Hopkinton and the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF) office in Framingham. The winter holiday season is a time of year that lends itself so well to teaching our children about the value of giving to others. There are many local families that need our support, particularly during this time.

Donations bins are in the Pine Hill lobby. The deadline to donate is December 10. Please clearly label your donations. This is a challenging time for many of us. If your family is able to help this year, we thank you!

Specific lists were provided for 20 children from Project Just Because and DCF shared a list of items for children who enter foster care on an emergency basis or who may come to their attention after wish lists have been submitted.

Tis the season to be grateful, pass the potatoes and share with the community. When you donate any amount you will be automatically entered to win a basket of DS Raiders gear. Hurry — the flash fundraiser ends on Friday, December 17!

Pine Hill Coat Drive

Pine Hill School is hosting a drop bin for the Coats For Kids & Families Program sponsored by Jordan's Furniture. There will be a donation bin in the school lobby. We will be collecting coats through December 23, 2021.

Holiday Food Drive

Pine Hill Student Council is holding a collection for the Ashland Food Pantry. Please feel free to bring in items from the list below or other nonperishable food items you’d like to donate. No opened items or glass containers, please!

What’s Happening In Our Community

Spring 2022 PreK-2 Soccer Registration Deadline

The season runs April 9-June 11

Register Now

Sign Up by Friday, February 25th, 2022
The PreK-1 program occurs on Sundays from 1pm-2.30pm. Grade 2 practices once per week with games on Saturdays. Our program was oversubscribed this year. Please register early.

Bogastow Ski Team

Get ready to think snow! Registration is now open for skiers age 7+. Team practices will be Wednesdays evenings 6:00-8:00 PM at Nashoba Valley. Races take place Sunday mornings at several local MA ski areas. Details and race information can be found at here.
