What You Need To Know

LOST AND FOUND

Pine Hill’s lost and found keeps growing!

We have an extensive collection of coats, sweatshirts, lunch boxes, gloves, and other items.

Please stop by the lobby to see if something looks familiar.

Remaining items at the end of the school year are donated to a local charity.

Pine Hill CSA End of Year Party

The Pine Hill CSA End of Year Party has been rescheduled for Tuesday, June 13th. More info and an update on timing for the event will be announced soon.

If you’re unable to attend this new date and would like to be refunded for your ticket purchase, please contact us by Friday, June 9th at communications@pinehillschoolcsa.org.

All ticket purchases not refunded will be considered a donation to the Pine Hill School CSA.

Tickets may still be purchased for the event on our website. $15/child. Siblings are welcome to attend. Please note this is not a drop-off event.

With so many teachers switching grade levels next year, we need to grow our classroom libraries.

You can help by donating gently used books that are appropriate for Grades K-5.

Calling all who are new to field hockey, come try this fun and exciting sport! DS Youth Field Hockey is an athletic program for kids in Dover and Sherborn in grades 1st - 8th grade. All experience levels are welcome!

The DSYFH program offers teams in the following grade divisions: 1st/2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, and 7th/8th.

GUIDANCE ADVISORY COUNCIL SEEKS NEW REPRESENTATIVES FOR 2023-2024

The Guidance Advisory Council (GAC) is seeking new members for the upcoming 2023-2024 academic year. The Council will have openings in grades 6-12. The GAC is comprised of three parent representatives per grade who serve as liaisons between the DS Middle/High School communities and the Guidance Department. The GAC also supports programs and services offered by the Guidance Department. Please click here to see a more detailed description of the roles and responsibilities of GAC members.

GAC members must commit to serve a two-year term and attend all five Council meetings that occur throughout the year, generally September, November, January, March and May as well as at least one grade level Guidance event.

If you are interested in being considered for the Council, please fill out the following application form and submit it no later than May 26, 2023.

2023 Membership & Youth Sailing School Registration Open

You can use a range of watercraft from Mid June to Labor Day. We have fun, family friendly events through-out the season, youth sailing school, adult classes or private lessons available! Learn more here.

Summer Soccer Clinics

The Dover Sherborn Soccer Club in collaboration with the Anthony Rougier Sport Foundation will again be offering a series of soccer clinics this summer. Sign up for as many sessions as you would like.
