Ribpublic & Sunday Football Fundraiser

On Sunday, January 29, Pine Hill CSA and Ribpublic BBQ are teaming up on an amazing Fundraiser!

Let Ribpublic BBQ do the cooking for you on Sunday, January 29th and a portion of all proceeds will be donated to Pine Hill CSA!

It’s the NFL Conference Championships and let’s celebrate with some BBQ and help the CSA, all at the same time! 🏈 🍖

All orders must be placed online by January 27th at midnight. Pickup time on Sunday, January 29th is from 4-6PM at Ribpublic BBQ’s Medfield location at 26 Park St.

Capoeira Program

The students at Pine Hill were whisked off to Brazil at Friday’s All School Meeting, treated to a high energy performance by the Afro-Brazilian Capoeira group!

The leader of the group kept the students entertained and focused by incorporating educational tidbits about Brazil and its history through teaching Portuguese words, leading the group with music and drumming, and by showcasing the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira.

The group started the program off with a warrior dance in indigenous costumes and further engaged the students with drumming, singing, and movement and by asking for volunteers to participate on stage. We ended the program on our feet, dancing and clapping to the traditional Samba beat!

Community Forum - DEI Doubts: Is It Safe to Say I Have Apprehensions?

• Might it be possible to find/create common ground among people who seem to and might actually disagree about aspects of inclusivity work?

The answer to both questions is YES. Absolutely!

If you are new to the Gala/Auction, it is our bi-annual fundraiser which we have been unable to have since 2019.

It is a widely attended, well-received event, and the primary way that we fund two years of enrichment activities for our kids.

The Auction and Gala is an all hands on deck event, where we come together as a community to raise money to enrich our kids' school experience so we are hoping for active participation from all of you!

Any help or leads will go a long way - even if you know a person who knows a person!

As a reminder, we are a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization; therefore, all donations are a tax deduction. Any help you may be able to provide means so much and goes a very long way.

With the Pine Hill Digital Directory, you can access the contact information of folks in our school community from wherever you are. The online directory costs $15 per household and directly supports curriculum enrichment programs, materials and equipment that improve student learning.
