Welcome from the CSA Co-Presidents

On behalf of the CSA, a warm welcome to you all! We are excited for the upcoming school year and look forward to joining you for the many events that make Pine Hill such a special place for students, parents, teachers, and staff.

The CSA (Community School Association) is a 501(c)(3) organization, similar to a PTO, that is completely volunteer driven.

πŸ’° The CSA funds grade-level and All School Meeting enrichment programs; Broadmoor programming; teacher stipends; teacher and staff appreciation; free community events for students and families; the Outdoor Classroom and Garden, and many other things benefiting our students.

πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ All of this is possible because of parent participation and fundraising efforts throughout the year, including the upcoming annual 5K (September 22), and our biennial Pine Hill Gala and Auction (May 3, 2025).

πŸ“… To stay up-to-date on all upcoming events, watch out for this newsletter, sent every Monday at 9 a.m.

There are many ways to get involved - volunteering to be a room parent, signing up to help with individual CSA events, and attending CSA meetings. It’s a great way to meet other parents and caregivers.

πŸ¦‹ New! Little Free Library Open in the Outdoor Classroom

The new Little Free Library is up and running in the Outdoor Classroom & Garden this year!

Students can take a book and share a book from home, or relax and enjoy reading time during recess or Ex-day. All books shared should be for elementary aged students (no teen or adult books please).

A HUGE thank you to Aesop's Fable for their generous donation to get our library started!
