Chipotle Fundraiser
Dine in or take-out from 4PM to 8PM and 25% of sales will go to the Pine Hill CSA!!
For sales to count towards our fundraising event:
Show the cashier our official event flier (digital or paper copy) when paying -- but if you forget just mention the Pine Hill CSA when paying!
Order online and pickup by using the Promo Code QXBY4LN on the Chipotle app or website. Online orders MUST be scheduled for pickup during our assigned date (May 4) and time (between 4PM and 8PM) at our assigned restaurant (Medfield) and CANNOT be placed through third-party delivery apps (e.g., DoorDash).
Note that gift card sales DO NOT count
